Course Offerings & Progressive Curriculum

Classes generally meet once a week and run continually throughout the academic year organized by terms running approximately 10-12 weeks in length. Our curriculum and projects are designed to present a progressing level of skill and challenge so that students can gain the most out of our program. Our small class size and individualized instruction allows you to join at any time.

Pottery - Mud Pies

4 - 6 Years Old
Beginning clay and pottery. Using air dry and polymer clay to start, students will get basic instruction in using a wheel as well. Learn basic coil, pinch, slab and extruded methods of handbuilding with clay. A very hands on class and kids must get like to get messy. All tools and materials included in tuition.

Basic - Spanish Emersion

This class is geared for students 5-8 who are interested in a combination of learning Spanish and drawing. The class will be taught in Spanish with alot of repetition in the elements of shape and the subject matter of each class. Our instructor is a native speaker who has a wonderful calming way about him and who is also a talented artist. Suitable for students 5-9.

Students will learn basic pottery and handbuilding skills in this class. Winter Mini Monart Workshop I

Winter Mini Monart Workshop. Themed workshops available 12/28, 12/29, 12/30. (please register for each day) This is a great opportunity for both new students and current students to experince new Monart drawing lessons and fun exciting crafts during winter break! Come for just one, two or all three days! Classes are 2 hours and cost $25 per day. For new students and students that are up for registration renewal, there is an annual $10.00 registration fee that is good for a whole year for any future Monart courses/classes. Angry Bird Class - One Day only

Okay..Martin Luther Kings birthday is coming up and many kids will be out of school. We are offering a 3 hour ANGRY BIRD class on Monday, January 16th from 1-4pm. Kids will learn how to draw many of the characters from the Angry Birds video game as well as pigs, crates and all the fun obstacles they encounter. Supplies are included. Class is discounted to $30.00 for the one time event. Suitable for students 5-8, but older students who LOVE Angry Birds will enjoy it as well. Class will fill at 15 students.

LEGO Workshop
